奕源莊於1989年在香港，由藝術(shù)經(jīng)紀(jì)人林禮銓夫婦創(chuàng)辦設(shè)立，並於1994年起將運(yùn)營重心逐步轉(zhuǎn)移至臺北，早期展出作品以印象主義、寫實(shí)主義、表現(xiàn)主義風(fēng)格為主，所經(jīng)營的藝術(shù)家涵括中國大陸、臺灣，香港和海外，以及中國第一二代的早期藝術(shù)家，近幾年來的另一推介重點(diǎn)則為當(dāng)代前衛(wèi)藝術(shù)家的優(yōu)秀作品。2007年，奕源莊正式進(jìn)駐北京798藝術(shù)區(qū)，拓展新的發(fā)展空間。奕源莊秉承專業(yè)經(jīng)營畫家理念，以來自香港的背景，兼具兩岸三地的宏觀視野，來實(shí)現(xiàn)對藝術(shù)的熱愛及推廣。

    Expol-Sources Gallery was founded in Hong Kong in 1989 and moved to Taipei in 1994. In 2007，Expol-Sources Gallery is running a new space in Beijing which named Expol-Sources Art Space. The gallery exhibits art works from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and overseas, including Chinese classical, realistic and impressionistic paintings and oil paintings from the first and second Art generations in China in the early days to avant-garde works of Chinese artists in recent years. The gallery owner Dave and Sandy was born in Hong Kong, they are the arts lovers. Expol-Sources Art Space has professional idea, and gives the artists an open vision for them to develop their arts.
